One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional.
