I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
