I had my 2 kids at this office for 3 months and I had to change them because the staff was very rude (mostly the front desk and that horrible manager) Everyone just seemed overworked and like they didn't want to work, whenever I asked a question they front desk girls would ignore me or give me short answers without any eye contact. The doctors seemed rushed too, they were nicer on the phone than on the actual visits. As far as the appointments, it was beyond ridiculous, if i had to change an appointment (wellness or follow up) it would take 3 weeks for my kids to be seen again. I think if your office it's too booked then don't accept anymore patients, and at least offer quality service to the ones you do have. It's like everyone is spreading themselves too thin. A bad staff can definitely harm your practice

The staff is the worse. They all look like they are extremely unhappy with their jobs. They always have a face on. They cannot say hello, good morning, your welcome... If you call to talk to the nurse because child is sick, you would receive the worse treatment. I called once because my child had a temperature and the nurse asked me his age 5 times. Obviously, she did not listen to me the first four times that I told her his age. So rude!
I called in another occasion and I couldn't hear the nursebecause my baby was screaming on the background. She yelled at me. Unacceptable.
As a mother, I believe that my baby and me deserve a better treatment. I will change his doctor as soon as I can. Even animals deserve more respect.
They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
