Dr.Bass is our doctor for 5 years and I always trust her expertise.if my kids are sick ,She will stay work later to see them-very commited

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.

Fairly Easy

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic
Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times?
Yes, they allowed me to accompany my child
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
Does this provider treat every client equally?
Yes, they don't show favoritism

We've been going to see Dr Bass for about a year now with my now 3.5 year old and with the 8 months old. We have been impressed with Dr. Bass from the very start. She is very attentive, spends lots of time with her patients, listens to all your concerns and answers questions patiently. She is always easy to get in touch with and will call back to check on how the child is doing. Recently my older daughter was very sick and Dr. Bass called me numerous time throughout the day to check on her. Her office is usually not crowded, hours are convenient and her receptionist is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Bass.
