This Dr. is a disgrace!!! I accompanied my 82 yr old mother to her appointment. His demeanor was atrocious!!! Within 5 minutes he started yelling at her because he did not like the way she answered his question. Aside from chronic pain from arthritis, being treated for breast cancer and now a serious condition in her mouth, it doesn'tt take much thought to realize why she may have not understood his questions! And it should be his intent to treat her in a more compassionate manor! He should not be practicing medicine!!! It sickens me that Dr.s like this exist!!

Actually THE WORST experience I have EVER had with a doctor.
First of all, let's address the awful smell that is his entire office. If you don't have a sinus problem, you sure will now. The stench is one of old moldy carpets, which by a crazy chance, is actually the smell of carpeting throughout the office. You walk into the examination room, and the chair the patient is sitting in is actually not covered by any sanitary papers, so I'm sitting on exactly what the previous patients were sitting in, and if that's not illegal, I don't know what it. Next up, the actual doctor. Arie Rosen does NOT deserve the title of doctor. He was very extremely disrespectful in speaking with me, no compassion, and he actually CUT ME OFF WHILE I WAS DESCRIBING MY SITUATION TO HIM. He wanted to only hear the symptoms, and I guess its not important for him to hear that I took 2 extra strength tylenols a few hours before seeing him, because he cut me off and said in a loud and stern voice "your symptoms please ma'am." I don't understand. I don't understand how the medical association will allow someone like that to be considered a "caretaker". I visited him today, and I will be retracting my medical records from him office today. I'm posting this to all the review sites so people know to never ever see this man.

I had what has to be one of the worst experiences of all time with this doctor -- and I strongly recommend you seek out a real professional, and avoid this doctor.

After waiting a week for my scheduled appointment, I arrived 10 minutes early (to complete my new patient paper work). After waiting over an hour, I approached the staff to ask how much longer. I was brushed off and told everyone had been waiting for at least an hour -- the doctor was with a patient and I should sit down and be quiet.

I mildly pointed out that if all the waiting room was waiting for this long, perhaps the office manager could check with the doctor to find out how much longer it would be. She huffed and puffed and puffed in the rudest fashion should could muster and said she would think about it when the doctor was free.

10 minutes later she announced that it would be another 20 minutes before I could see the doctor!!!! This was to be my first patient visit. If this is how he treats new patients, I can’t even imagine how he stays in business.

I also could not believe how rudely I was treated. Both by the doctor and his attitudes towards other people's time, but by his staff. If he had even an inkling of business sense he would fire them, and search for staff who would treat patients as paying customers, and not as a rude interruption to their personal phone conversations and inter office chit-chat (which clearly the patients were interrupting).

I left after 70 minutes without ever having seen the doctor.
