the staff answered everything completely. They are very friendly and always smiling. They were clearly well trained and were very willing to take the time to help me. I felt 'heard' by this provider. They listened to me and I am really impressed with their apparent concern for my well being. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. This provider is really on top of things. I felt totally confident I was taken care of by the right professional. Dr Fallon took her time and didn't rush to get me out of the office. She listened and answered all my questions and concerns. Made me feel very comfortable.

If you are looking for an outstanding professional OBGYN.....you found her!

I am still blown away by the level of service I received at Dr. Fallon's office yesterday (April 28, 2014). Let's face it, not that any gal really likes going to the gynecologist, but it is imperative to our well being.

Their office in Park Ridge is beautiful, clean and well organized. The staff, and I mean EVERY staff member was beyond friendly. I have also never been to a doctor on the first appointment have me sit in their office with them and discuss the purpose of my visit in detail. Not once did she look at her watch to speed up the process. Dr. Fallon's focus was on me; the patient and never wavered from eye contact which shows her genuine concern as a person first.

The exam was painless and I felt like I was talking to a friend during the entire process. You hardly ever find a professional, compassionate doctor and what Dr. Fallon brings forth through her entire practice goes above and beyond. Every medical professional should take lessons from her!

Thank-you to all the team members & to Dr. Fallon personally for the positive experience.

Dr. Fallon is great! Very understanding. I wasn't oo happy with the office atmosphere when she was in Fairlawn, but not that she's at Park Ridge it's much more peaceful.
