Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.
