They weren't friendly at all which was really off-putting. They were extremely rude and impolite. Their staff was not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome there. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. They are completely inadequate. .

Dr. Owens seemed detached throughout the duration of my (very brief) appointment. I asked several questions and did not receive adequate responses, and my concerns seemed dismissed. I had x-rays taken, and the result was that "nothing was wrong." Over a year later, I visited my PCP who looked at the films and informed me that the films did indeed indicate that there was a problem. Extremely dissatisfied with the care I received here.

Having had many joint problems due to sports injuries and osteo arthritis, I have been to many doctors. Once I came to Dr Owens, I found a doctor who was informed and up to date, who gave excellent care, and never rushed me out of the office. He always made sure all of my questions were answered. I never sat in the office a long time waiting, and always received gotten excellent care. I highly recommend Dr Owens for people who suffer from Knee and joint pain

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
