I don't know what's going on with this doctor or the people that work there, but they need to get there sh.t together. First of all call the number can't get through, not to mention the doctor not bringing something that was high in my bloodwork a year ago that my new doctor did. This isn't game and if this doctor and staff want to play games quit playing dr and work at toys r us!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Rutigliano's practice for many years. For the first many years I saw the staff Doctors who came and went, most of whom I liked and was disappointed when they left without any explanation. Most recently I have see Dr R and like him very much as well. Unfortunately almost every time I have visited the office in the last few years I have waited inexplicably long times to see the Doctor. Once he didn't even show up. As other reviewers mentioned there isn't any consideration to see patients timely. I like Dr R and I thought some of the issues may have gone away, but the office wasted my time for the last time today. I called in advance to confirm they open at 8 to have blood drawn, and I waited from 8 45 - 915 and no one in the office even showed up!

Getting an appointment is nearly impossible, and once you do make one, it is anyone's guess if the Doctor will actually show up or not, and even if he does, your wait time is a couple hours on average.

Dr. Rutigliano didnt show up for a physical I was scheduled for. When i asked where he was after 1 hour of waiting ....they (HIS OWN STAFF) responded that HE DOES THIS ALL THE TIME. I suggested that we contact him and find out his ETA and they said HE DOESNT TAKE OUR CALLS. The best part is they charge if I miss my appointment. What a JOKE!!!

Stear clear from this doctor unless you are retired and have ALL day to sit and wait for this joker.
