There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
