They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled.

I was embarrassed b/c there was a plbm w/my insurance and they wouldn't let me see the dr until it was addressed. I was embarrassed and humiliated and had to spend a half hour on the phone w/their manager rectifying the problem. Every time I call, they automatically put you on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes (my cell phone don't lie). Every time I had an appointment, I had to wait a minimum of one hour after my scheduled appt. time, most times it's two hours...Turned off for good!
