Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

I had a few horrible experiences here. The first time I was in, I was trying to get her help before going to a fertility doctor. She ran a bunch of tests, and found a high level of one hormone. She told me OVER THE PHONE that I needed an MRI to rule out a tumor. I waited for almost 2 weeks to get that news. After the MRI, I waited about another 2 weeks.
Second time in, I was going through a very, very horrible time in my life--had just discovered my husband had been cheating on me. I went in for STD tests because of what had happened. The nurses were nice about it, and discrete. When I fell apart talking to the doctor telling her my story, she said "just because your husband cheated on you doesn't mean he doesn't want to have a baby". Needless to say, won't be back.
