Someone commented about the "bad neighborhood" Dr. Cipriano's office is located in. Unless Dr. Cipriano has offices located in other locations other than Freehold and Colts Neck, I don't understand the comment at all as current locations in Colts Neck, NJ and Freehold are far from bad, far far from bad.

I have been seeing Dr. Cipriano, (Dr. Joe), for at least ten years now. I am very satisfied with the care they provide. I do not like the long wait in the office, but that seems to be the way it is with all doctors today, especially doctors who are well liked and have lots of patients.

I always wait for almost an hour to get in and see the dr; then i feel the dr just rushes in and out of the examination room. No time for the patient at all. When i became their patient over 10 years ago, they never rushed me out of the office. Now every time I go back there are new faces who greet me, and there are new drs to treat me.

Definitely! The staff spoke very highly of this provider and it was clear that they held them in a position of high respect.

One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me.

I really like Healthy Woman and Dr. Cipriano. Her staff is warm and welcoming. They go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. Dr. Cipriano always listens to all of my questions and concerns. She never rushes me. I would recommend Dr. Cipriano. Healthy Woman one of the most welcoming doctors offices I've ever been to. Dr. Cipriano has been great with explaining all the risks and benefits of the treatment options available for me. My options were explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better after my appointment

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, or a condition isn't immediately diagnosed. Dr. Rebecca knows me, and remembers me, and my medical conditions.

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes, they were the fastest I've seen and very polite
