My Daughter is 9 and has been with Dr. Grossman since birth. We love him! Everyone has always been kind and attentive.

Office staff ( named Vickie) is the worst. Extremely rude and thinks she is the doctor. She won't let you talk to the doctor and she decides whether your children should be seen for their condition. Time for new office manager and receptionist.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I really appreciated the kindness of both the doctor and staff. I will definitely recommend this doctor to people I know. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The only downside is they do not take credit cards or debit cards so I have to always put in claims to get reimbursed from my medical spending account

I was a little surprised when I saw the quality of their equipment. It was fairly current, but it's time for an upgrade. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues. They knew what a difficult task it was to be a parent, and made sure they encouraged me. They usually take that extra step to make me feel special. I find my appointments here to be of value to me. I generally like the staff and they try to be friendly and treat me well. It would be nice if they took credit cards so I didn't have to send in a claim form to get reimbursed from my FSA account every time one of the kids has to go to the doctor.

Very friendly and patient staff, and Dr. Grossman is fantastic. He answers every question I have (and I always have many) and he makes sure I understand .
