They double bill you. You pay up front and then they file a claim with your insurance. Whenever you ask about your refund the receptionist is quite rude and tells you that there isn't anyone there until tomorrow to speak to about it. And when you call tomorrow, they are unavailable to speak to you. My last appointment was last November and I still haven't received my refund and its May now. Dealing the receptionist is the worst and most frustrating.
Also, if you have a chronic condition that requires daily meds don't expect to get an approval for a refill until you double pay again. Also, frustrating.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They can at times be a little conservative in treatment options and are slow in returning calls. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment pretty much started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
