They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
