Takes forever to get an appointment, staff is kind of rude

I have never experienced such a rude, ignorant staff in my life. The office is filthy, I used the bathroom which did not have soap (2nd time this happened) I advised front desk and nothing was done about it. The wait time was unbelievable. I waited an hour and a half before asking the front desk what was going on, I got verbally attacked by multiply members of the staff. I said I would have to reschedule since there was still 2 people to be seen before me, I was told I would be billed $25 to cancel. The whole experience was a disaster. I wouldn't go there EVER again. Disorganized, filthy and unprofessional as could be. Not to mention the lady in the waiting room couldn't believe how they spoke to me and agreed on how awful the staff was.

Hey Lisa, sorry to hear you had such a bad time (according to you) but I guess they may of heard that your kid was pregnant and being thorough and cautious, they certainly didn't want to bring harm to your unborn grandchild, so just maybe you should be thankful. They may be slow but they are thorough and care even for the unborn. Wish you and your family luck and if your daughter was having a problem, being a good mom crisis is where she should be.

This has to be the worst doctors office ever. the only normal person they have working in that office is Sue, she's so sweet and kind and will stay on the phone until the issue is resolved, all the other ones hang up on you and are rude as can be. I switched doctors. I WILL NEVER go back there again!

Plus you sit there for 1-2 hours just to be seen for 5 minutes. RN'S and Doctor don't listen. Very unsatisfied

rude...very rude. Told my daughter to go to crisis after trying to get on some medications. when i called to confront, they said they cant speak with me, she's 18, she has to call....just very upset ... called to get records, said they cant give me records...wtf? guess what? on my way right now to get my daughters records....if no one hears from me, im locked up.

I have been under thier care for over a year. They have the worst customer service. I called to make a sick appointment for my 3 year old daughter with asthma and they did not answer my call at all and i called 3 days in a row. I just ended up taking her to the er. My kids are also at this doctor. Everytime we make an appointment we wait at least an hour or longer. My children have never seen the doctor and only an RN. I just called today and asked for a sick appointment cz i have unusual tonsils which cause severe infections. I was in the ER and then tried to make a follow up and they told me that they are too busy.... that i should just go back to the ER!

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

No, they were out of everything!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

I waited forever for my appointment!

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up.
they have a nurse practitioner who over prescribes medications
and knows little about her work,
if you go, you may get her, depending upon your insurance.....
