They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

I never had such a horrific experience at a medical office. I was taking my 4 year old there for wart. I had to bring my 2 year old as well. We waited in the waiting room for 1 hour and 15 minutes, then another 45 minutes in the exam room. Dr. Finkelstein was very short and not very friendly with my son. My son was very scared and he was crying hysterically. The doctor refused to treat him b/c he was "not going to wrestle with him." Instead of letting me take another 2 minutes to calm him down (the least he could do after waiting for 2 hours with 2 tired, cranky kids), he told me he was not going to even try to treat him and he would give me my co-pay back. Even the office staff was very unfriendly. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE BRINGING A CHILD!!! May want to reconsider for yourself unless you want to wait 2 hours to see the doctor!!

I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! I waited two months to have an appointment and when the day finally arrived I wouldn't be seen because one part of the new patient registration form was almost illegal to sign. I don't have insurance and was going to pay out of pocket so I couldn't sign that part of the form. When i told the lady at the desk the issue she said "NO THE DOCTOR WILL NOT SEE YOU UNLESS EVERYTHING ON THIS FORM IS SIGNED. THIS IS A MEDICAL OFFICE WE DO NOT ACCEPT HALF SIGNED FORMS EVER". I was surprised how unprofessional and rude they were acting because I could not sign allowing the office to file claims on my insurance because i DO NOT HAVE ANY!!! I would not recommend this place because the secretaries were very rude and not understanding. They even went to ask the Doctor about the form and NOT ONCE did he come out to hear the issue. I'm sure I'm not the only one who had this issue because a lot of people don't have insurance that covers skin care. Horrible, Horrible costumer service. I will surely pass on my experience to anyone who is planning to go to a Dermatologist. If they treated me that way I can only imagine how they would treat a real problem. Now I have to call another dermatologist and wait another 3-4 months :(
