Dr. Finkelstein is amazing! His staff is a reflection of him, professional, courteous and caring. The only downfall to my visit was the wait time, this was a challenge, because my time is just, if not as valuable. Overbooking is a sign of greed, inconsiderate, and done without regard.

I had my first visit yesterday 3/21/2016 and was very pleased with my visit to Dr Finklesteins'office. Staff was very busy but professional and courteous and Dr Finklestein to be very friendly,professional and just a very very good Dr. I would highly recommend him and will be returning to his office for any further issues I may have in the future.

Bring your camping gear, you will be here a while. They book the last appointment for 3:40, knowing it will take til 5:00 to clear the backlog. I had one appointment and will not be going back. You wait, complete paperwork, wait again. You are brought back to an office and wait some more. Two hours for me for 3 minutes of the doctor's time. How is a business run so inefficiently? Surely patients deserve some respect and at least the tacit acknowledgment that our time is as valuable as the doctor's. There are simply too many qualified dermatologists to waste your time with this practice.
