I love the doctor but the general running of the office needs a LOT of attention. I called on Monday 6/20/2016 at 4:30 pm (website said they closed at 5 pm) to make my annual gyn appt. and listened to an automated recording for 12 minutes while I was on hold. (ironically the recording mentioned their availability of night appts). A woman named Terry answered the phone at 4:47 pm. She asked how she could help me and I replied saying I would like to make my annual visit appt. She stated the office was "CLOSED". I said, you answered the phone and I have been on hold for ten minutes. again, she said they were closed but then offered to take my name, phone # and DOB down and said someone would call me tomorrow (which is now 6/21/16) after 3pm when I got homve from work to schedule my appt.. first of all, if she could take that down, why not just give me an appt. she told me they were very busy and had over 20 emergencies. (BUT SHE ANSWERED THE PHONE ASKING HOW SHE COULD HELP ME). second of all, the website said OPENED until 5 pm. and third of all, why answer the phone if you are "closed". and today, 6/21/16 NO ONE from that office called me back. good luck getting appointments! I am going to go in there in person to schedule my exam.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction.
I am not satisfied at all with how difficult it is to get a hold of the office. I was on hold for 10 minutes before talking with someone. Dr Agar was supposed to call me with test results - this is going on three weeks and she has not called me nor has she answered my calls.
Her friendly easy going manner is great when one is with her one on one; but the efficiency of the office is poor to say the least.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
