A comfortable environment induces one to relax while waiting. The room was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. There is the registration at the door to let staff know that one has arrived. There is always a little wait time in any office but is was reasonable. It is so refreshing to see a provider and staff that truly cares about their appearance and customer service. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
