I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations
