Dr. Rosenthal helped me EVEN WHEN I WASN'T A PATIENT. He directed me to a facility that makes shoes from scratch that were "in" my network!!! Went out of their way and were very kind.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
