How nice to find a doctor who listens, has a wonderful staff, a lovely clean office and convenient office hours. Dr Rosenthal is the best I've come across in years. I highly recommend him !!!!!

I have seen Dr. Rosenthal for a few years now for a variety of issues--from pain in my feet to possible ankle sprains.

Dr. Rosenthal and his staff are AMAZING! His office staff are pleasant to work with and are always helpful. Please be aware that his location has changed though and he is no longer on Veterans Highway, but on Bennetts Mill Rd instead.

Appointments with Dr. Rosenthal are on time and I've never had to wait long to be seen. His bedside manner is wonderful and I always feel at ease. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and answers any questions I have without making me feel silly for asking them--unlike some other doctors I've been to!!

Overall, Dr. Rosenthal is an asset to the medical community; knowledgeable, competent and caring. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing care for their ankles or feet!

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
