Front desk lady Robin is VERY rude & bland. She never smiles & it makes me uncomfortable when I go since she is the 1st one I see. If I ever have a question she shows no interest & is of barely any help. Very unprofessional if you ask me. ( I even complimented her hair style once & she completely ignored me & continued to stare at her computer screen) At least the other desk clerk is fake nice & smiles. However they talk down to people. They told a young girl who was in for a checkup recently (in front of everyone) "haha yea you're a kid & kids dont know what insurance is" meanwhile the clerk was upset bc the young woman didn't remember her old insurance company or the dates it became inactive. However she had her new insurance on file with them!! Wow MINDBLOWING to hear for my mother in law, husband, I & everyone else who witnessed it. Even if she was a grown lady that's a common thing to forget especially when the card is no longer active & has been cut off for over 3 months. Dr Brickner & his assistant Jen are WONDERFUL!!! It's the 1st people I see when I walk in the office that make me want to NEVER go back.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
