My child's recent eye exam with Dr Kinnari Patel has been my worst experience with any health care professional. The office does not let you know ahead of time about additional charges. I have health insurance but AFTER my child's eye exam Dr Patel said I would need to pay 139.00 for the contact lenses prescription. Without telling me the office charged my card 175.00.
Do not use this office unless you get everything in writing beforehand!
