I only stay with this office as it's open 7 days a week. The office staff is the nastiest I have ever come across. There is always some issue. Either rudeness at check in or they see you standing there and do not acknowledge you for about 5 minutes and then say can I help you. I have heard them hang up with people and then all giggle and talk about whomever just called. Multiple times I have been left in rooms forgotten about for well visits and they said oh.. we put the doctor in the wrong que sorry you will have to wait. Not easy when you have a screaming baby in your hands in a diaper for over an hour. The office rooms are in dire need of repainting and could be a little more clean. Not dirty just the office doesn't scream that someone just came in and cleaned this room good vibe. The doctors themselves are all fantastic!!!! I would highly recommend the doctors. I am told the office staff are hired separate and the doctors don't have much choice in the matter of it. The billing girls are all really nice. The office staff though my god.... there maybe 1 or 2 good ones but sadly the attitude from the rest of them it is hard to see them as reason to rate the staff as even just ok. If you are a client there trust me I know you know what I'm talking about. But if you need an office open 7 days a week they are the place for you. They also have an issue turning the phones on at 8am. There are times it has been almost 9am and I am still getting the recording they are closed. I am not sure if this is intentional or they just forget. Also, be wary of taking the first appointment of the day. They forget to unlock the doors and I've been stuck down stairs getting the recording and couldn't get in the building. Sigh. When I finally got in they said you are late. Are you kidding me?

When calling this office in Toms River for an appointment. Which I’ve taken my son to for six years now, they open at 8:00 but as of lately they don’t turn the phones on so it says office is closed so it goes to the answering service which is annoyed because they don’t turn the phone on when they open. So had to take my son to walk in clinic he was very sick I followed up at pediatric Affiliates and was told they should have done this or that that’s why we don’t like those walk-in clinics! I agree totally I’d rather my son see a Pediatic dr. So tell the office supervisor to turn the freaking phones on!!! I give 3 stars because of this
