I felt that the wait in the sitting area was way too long before seeing the doctor who came in and rushed his visit with me. It was my first time and was very disappointed

The staff is disorganized with an attitude, and I felt very rushed through my appointment. I will be going to get a second opinion because I feel Dr, Park did not listen. It's just not worth it when I don't feel like my health is being taken seriously. They also charge per page for access to your medical records.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
