Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Based on a recommendation from a close friend, I saw Dr. Kates this morning. His office staff was friendly and professional - he was personable and very knowledgable. I will return in a week for a follow-up visit and will be able to make a more decision about his services at that time. I left today with not one issue at hand!
