When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I waited for an hour and 40 minutes with my young son. The doctor clearly overbook intentionally once we were finally in exam room, left twice to see other patients. After 1 hour and 40 minutes we were still sitting in the room waiting for him to come back when I picked up and left. I told the secretary we were leaving and why and she looked at me like I was crazy. I don't think it's acceptable that the doctor walked out of the room and probably saw at least 6 other patients while we were waiting that long. This doctor is clearly more concerned about the $ than the quality of care and is not what I would want for my family. There are lots of other ENT's out there - find a better one! It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here.

Service is horrible, I called to take appointment and they put me on hold and never came back. When I called again, they let it go to voice mail that office is closed even though it was middle of day and during their open office hours.

If taking appointment is so difficult then what will be the doctor's service, I can't imagine and won't want to try
