I was upset about the time it took to see the Doctor. I waited an hour to get seen. Once in the exam room, the Doctor and i had a brief conversation he gave me some medication to numb my throat - which he said would take a few minutes to take effect - well 20 minutes later he walks back into the room. I felt that was very unprofessional to be seeing me then going to see another patient w/o finishing my appt. I was very PISSED OFF!! BE AWARE YOU WILL BE SITTING IN THE WAITING AREA FOR AN HOUR OR MORE!!!

Absolutely not, I had to call them several times to get my results
