- My life, my happiness, my physical wellbeing is worth everything!

I have proudly lost approximately 30 lbs over the past 2 1/2 months with the guidance of The Vivia Center of McLean and it’s incredible staff.

Like many of us, I gained weight after experiencing some significant life stresses. The reasons for weight gain vary amongst all of us, whether it’s work related, family losses, family gains, financial troubles, the list is long, and the reasons very valid. The truth is, gaining is easy and losing is difficult. I felt I kept a healthy diet, I have steered clear of fast food for nearly a decade, I am not a fan of fried food, and I exercised 3-4 days a week. Even with these healthy measures I continued to increase my weight gain, my blood pressure level, and decrease my ability to enjoy a good night’s sleep and honestly I no longer felt good looking at my reflection in the mirror. I needed a change, I needed the support to do this, and the Vivia Center provided it.

Losing weight historically is difficult, though it doesn’t have to be any longer! With the incredible Ideal Protein Program and phenomanl support and education that I have received from The Vivia Center, especially the friendly support and generalized concern for my success that Savannah and Nancy provide, I am successfully losing weight and proudly regaining my health, and daily joys that a healthy lifestyle provides. Almost immediately I found that my acid reflux had subsided, I fall into a deep sleep nightly, and my joints have significantly less aches and pain. Importantly I learned what foods that do and do not work with my own metabolism, I am for the first time learning what I personally need to correctly fuel my body. Today I had a visit with my physician, whom was very pleased with my weight loss and increased happiness. My blood pressure was last recorded at 130/85, today after 3-months of my life style change with The Vivia Center it was 105/70… WOW!!

I still have much further to go on my journey to a leaner, healthier me, and I am so pleased to continue this journey with The Vivia Center. These are long-term lifestyle changes that will increase my longevity and health. If I am not healthy, how can I take care of my loved ones that need me? Proudly I am getting stronger everyday!

The Vivia Center provides a wonderful and convenient location, great hours and the support of a fantastic team of nutritional guides!! They will work with you to achieve your own personal goals.

The service here is great. It's easy to make appointments and the staff are super friendly. I've been going here for more than a year and have had great results! Recommend to anyone looking for effective laser hair removal. Great results!!!!!

LOVE The staff and services at Vivia! I had the Thermage, the new CPT technology and the Fraxel treatment on their Fraxel Friday when it is half off! I swear people tell me I look 10 years younger. I look natural, I didn't want that face lift look. I am starting laser hair removal in a few weeks!

I had visited Vivia Center last year for laser hair removal and I had 6 sessions for my underarms. I had excellent results! I decided to try Botox for the first time and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Feisee. She practices internal medicine at her other office and has been doing injections, Thermage etc. for 15 years. Because of her experience I felt very comfortable allowing her to do a procedure that I was very nervous about having done. One of the technicians cleaned my skin and applied a numbing cream. While I was waiting to get numb I enjoyed a cup of tea and the lovely smell of candles. The doctor did the procedure and I barley felt a thing. I think I am going to try Thermage next because they have the new CPT technology and Savannah, the office manager gave me the names and numbers of other clients, after getting their permission of course. The clients I spoke to said the procedure made a huge difference and they would definitely recommend it. I really love Vivia!

I have always been extremely happy with Dr. Feisee, her staff, and the center itself. The services (Thermage and Dysport) have given me the exact results I wanted. Not only does the center provide excellent services, but there are little things that bring me back. For instance, unlike many places in the D.C. area, parking is accessible, free, and close. Fresh coffee is offered which is huge for me because I think a little extra pampering goes a long way. Further, they are open Saturdays and Sundays, unlike many other cosmetic centers. Vivia has the latest and newest technology. The staff is friendly, personable, and remembers their clients.
