Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO AZALEA GYNECOLOGY. After an appointment, they try to schedule a new appointment for you and even if you say you cannot commit to that appointment, they apparently go and put it in the books anyway, then try to charge you for it down the road. I am currently in a battle with them over $35 (!!!) because they claim that I missed an appointment that I informed them I would not be able to commit to. The front office was so unfriendly and rude about the charge that I have had to take my complaint to the NC Attorney Generals office and to the BBB. Go to Glen Meade instead!!!! There are plenty of doctors out there and it is the customer service that separates one office from another and this office has NONE.

The staff was great. They were extremely attentive to me and in no way distracted. The doctor addressed and answered each of my questions and concerns in a most professional and caring way. Have been visiting this practice for a number of years and would not entertain ever changing.
