I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

I enjoyed this facility BUT it is ALL about the money. I made an appointment with them this time last year because I was having some issues after taking Plan B. Due to Plan B I started my period in the middle of my cycle. I called on a Sunday night, the appointment was a Tuesday (and I thought it was a Monday but what’s the difference), and left a voicemail stating that I wasn’t going to make it because my cycle started. I have been a patient with them for years and it’s really sad they couldn’t work on this issue with me. I’m obviously not going to pay it and now that it’s time for my annual they will not see me. I was told that they could trace phone calls to their office that far back and never received a message or phone call from me. I know I left the voicemail and they even have it "documented" my pain with Plan B from my phone call on a Thursday prior to the appointment. I used over the counter meds so therefore they couldn’t see me till a whole 24 hours was completed which lead into the following week.

What it boils down to is it’s not that serious, I did what I was supposed to as a patient but it’s obviously all about the money NOT health/help. PLUS when I wanted to have my records faxed to my new gyno I was going to be charged for ALL of them to be sent. I think I would’ve let this one go considering I have health issues, a full time student, AND work full time. They should also take into consideration what Plan B does to the body that this is what typically happens following it for someone taking it for emergent reasons. I also had to explain my personal life to different members of this facility when it should’ve never got this far, especially over $20.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
