I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put me at ease. I feel like I can ask them anything. I have already told most people I know about this dermatologist. My reason being that I was so incredibly impressed with their expertise and great bedside manner.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
