One star is well deserved. This was the worst experience that I've ever had in my life, do yourself a favor and stay away from this office. I asked for a copy of my records and I literally received scribble on a notepad with no office name, no doctors name, nothing but a date stamp. I spoke to the office manager and simply asked for a document with at least the office letterhead and typed, I am NOT exaggerating when I say she actually raised her voice and got extremely rude, obnoxious and combative, I was confused and disappointed that I was being treated like that. stay away from this place

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

The office was easy enough to find. Some of my questions were answered, but I still felt a little uninformed. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
