I went for removal of skin cancer and dermabrasion. Dr stuck needle right into my upper lip. Extremely painful. I cried. Should have numbed inside of upper lip w/novocaine which DOES deaden upper lip. Zero bedside manner!

He removed the little skin cancer and said he "got it all". I followed directions regarding dermabrasion. Clean twice daily, added vaseline.

But when I went for follow-up, they said I had not done it right and proceeded to SCRAPE THE ENTIRE UPPER LIP SCAB OFF while I screamed and cried!! No novocaine! These people are sadistic idiots!

Then dr said results came back from lab and there was more skin cancer. He had NOT "gotten it all" and wanted to do MORE surgery?

Was he kidding? With all I'd been thru already?? He didn't even do a nice stitching job; I have a deep obvious scar from surgery and dermabrasion did nothing at all! Plastic surgeons should know how to make an incision that heals invisibly.


WORST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE EVER. I SHOULD HAVE SUED! i ASKED FOR MONEY BACK BUT THEY IGNORED ME.


Money wasted. I asked for money back but they completely ignored me. Should have sued!
