Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. My appointments never get canceled last minute. They are reliable. I think Dr. Robert Venuti is the greatest,but the wait can get long because he does spend the time he needs with you. HE ALWAYS listens. The staff in the office are not that nice and have forgotten to pull my chart. Always put on hold when I call.

I can not agree more with the reviews that are already posted. This doctor's office is hurting because of the front desk staff and their rudeness they are of no help and have cost me money because they could not get the proper paper work together they also charge. Also 20 per page should you need paper work done. If you are late they charge if you do not have your copay they charge it has turned into a business/mill I am sad to see this office like this after going for so many years, it is despicable to have the women at the front desk try to make you feel less of a person. The doctors here are excellent but it is not worth the aggravation of dealing with the staff. All cheifs and no Indians so to speak I can only hope the doctors can see this and try to make some changes soon.

The front desk is incredibly rude!!!! NOT ONE OUNCE of COMPASSION in ANY of THEM!!! NONE!! I feel broken down after every visit or contact from that office.

The care of the doctors is excellent, but it is overshadowed by the other staff who are not compassionate by any means. Simply stated...they are rude and very unhelpful. I'm not sure if seeing this group of doctors is worth the aggravation of putting up with their staff.
