They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

they seem to have more patients than the can handle. the wait is sometimes too long compared to what feels acceptable. the office staff has been very difficult to deal with in the past and confrontational at times. that seems to have dissipated over the last year or so. They most troubling aspect has been many missed diagnoses that have since been addressed. that is feedback among many in my family. prescriptions that are off base, concerns missed in blood work, etc. I believe this to be the result of having too large a patient pool. overall, the treatment is professional and adequate considering today's changing medical climate where family practice practice docs are simply overwhelmed.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
