I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Dr. Pine is an absolute gem at UTMB. His clinc is on the Island but it is well worth the visit. He has tons of educational materials available and really goes out of his way to make the kids feel comfortable. He uses the cutest flavored tongue depressors which the kids just love. He is bright and very friendly. I am sure you will enjoy his bedside manner. Overall, a great pediatric ENT surgeon.

My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids out by Dr. Pine. He was caring and understanding of my child's needs. He spoke to her first and us second. I like this because it makes a child feel safe. He treated her like she was the only patient and her needs were important. I highly recommend Dr. Pine for Pediatric ENT surgery.

I recently found out that my 5yr old was having sleep apnea due to enlarged tonsils and adnoids. She would stop breathing for almost a minute sometimes and my husband an I decided it was time to get her tonsils taken out. Shaky and nervous we took her to Dr. Pine which explained the procedure in detail. He was very patient and gentle with my little girl. He performed the whole procedure in 32min and afterwards came out and personally explained what he had done and saw during the removal of the tonsils. He explained the recoup. period and what to expect. Overall I don't think we could have found a better doctor. We were blessed to have chosen him and if I ever had another child with the same problems there's no doubt that I would defenitely go back to Dr. Pine.
