They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. Don't go here if you expect to be seen in under 5 hours. And that's WITH an appointment. Heaven forbid someone should get sick at the last minute and you walk in!! Staff is RUDE and VERY unfriendly. They act like they are doing you a favor to do their job. ESPECIALLY don't call this office in an emergency. Even if it is for your child. They will tell you not to bother bringing your child in (even though it is during regular business hours) they will tell you to go to the ER instead.
