If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. The office staff don't seem to care about what the patients need. I was told I had an appointment with Dr. Kent and got there to find out it was with a nurse instead. I waited over an hour for my appointment and was about to leave. I was so impressed with how great the nurse was (Hayley Guthrie) was at answering each and every question I had in-depth. She was very willing to sit with me and make sure I had every question answered. It made me feel as though she really listened and cared. That is why I was willing to stick with the practice. The office was easy enough to find. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. My biggest complaint is the office staff. They keep you on hold, forget who's holding for who, and aren't very willing to work with you. I had the flu, couldn't get in and had to go to urgent care. I called back for the referral information and had to know the Dr.'s name at urgent care. They never put in the referral. I am really torn on whether or not I want to stay with them. If you are sick and need an immediate appointment, you can't get in. The wait for a normal appointment is 3 weeks. It's crazy! If Hayley Guthrie (the nurse) was in another practice with different office staff, I wouldn't hesitate staying.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
