Dr. Mark Janich was my doctor in Jasper ,Al a couple of years ago. I've never experienced anything but prompt courteous service from him and his staff. Always kept me informed and answered any questions I had and explained them in laymans terms so that I could understand. I will continue to use him as long as he is in the area and would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Dr. Janich for being both a great guy and Doctor.

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
