They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
