I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

Great service, caring compassionate attitude! Overall wonderful staff and Dr. Lee is adept at diagnosing and fixing medical problems. She does not mess around with health issues. She is always eager to find a solution to the problem I am facing as soon as possible.They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

Dr. Lee consistently dismisses my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust her to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind her who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I don't feel like I can count on Dr. Lee to work with me until a solution is found for my situation. Even with lab results and scans showing problems, she's quick to dismiss them. Or to order more tests to see if there was an error with the original ones. Dr. Lee was friendly and polite in the beginning, but as time has passed and I've had dozens of appts. with her, her true personality comes out. She's like most doctors - self-centered and has a "god" is me attitude. Needless to say, I'm in the process of looking for a better, more reliable doctor.

Dr. Lee didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, she either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I was hoping that she would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, she made it completely obvious that she didn't care about me or what I had been through. I definitely felt pressured to sign unto her drastic diet scheme (Ideal Protein diet) and to buy products associated with it. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I got the feeling this doctor plays favorites with patients - if she likes you you're treated well, if she doesn't she's very brash with you and has her nurse or office manager communicate with you. She, and her office staff, also do a bad job of calling or mailing lab/test results in a timely manner.

They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
