After reading a couple of reviews, I am compelled to write my own. In my opinion, people have mistaken Dr. Pulliam's thoughtful intelligence for aloofness. I don't want to make idle chit-chat with my surgeon; I want him to be ultra focused...because he will be operating on my face! I am 54, and have had multiple procedures...in other words, I have many Docs and offices for comparison. Dr. Pulliam ranks amongst the highest I've seen. His office staff, his assistants, and he are ultra professional, knowledgeable, and super caring. I trusted my face to him and have experienced nothing but positive results. He listens to everything, responds thoughtfully, and goes the extra mile to make sure I understand what has happened...and what will happen. I was extremely nervous about this procedure and consider it to be my lucky day when I entered his office.

Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

No, I was on edge
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
