The nurses are rude and lazy. Getting a referral to a specialist was a nightmare. I had to finally find one myself after the nurse told me she wasn't going to do anything else about my referral. Both the nurses and the doctor do NOT listen to your concerns about your health and would rather pawn patients off on someone else than have to practice any REAL medicine.
