They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

Dr. Cobb is an awesome Doctor but his receptionists and nurses are some of the rudest people I've ever met, especially the receptionists. If they really wanted your business they wouldn't act like your a burden to see or talk to when you go in for an appointment.
