I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Wyse for the past two years, since I moved from Idaho to Arizona.

I am impressed with him for the following qualities he possesses:

1. Professionalism, integrity, and honesty, all of which he has in abundance.
2. He is a decent human being and is a doctor for the love of the profession.
3. It is obvious that he cares about the well-being of his patients.
4. Unlike some physicians, Dr. Wyse will spend time with you.
5. He helps me with every health issue I bring to him, from the common cold to pain management.
6. He is very caring, attentive, intelligent, and experienced in treating all health issues.
7. He has a great staff and his nurses also give patients the highest level of care.
8. With managed care these days, it is usually difficult to find a family practice doctor.

While I was in the room with Dr. W a nurse comes in and talked about another patient regarding some tests. How rude. Took my time up with the doc. I sure won't come back.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find.
Dr. Wyse and his staff have always made me feel welcome and comfortable. I believe his medical knowledge and care are superior and I have recommended him to my family and friends.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They also after 23 years want me to pay a $29.00 fee just to see the Doctor. I feel that after 23 years I payed him more than my share . I am told by his bill collector "Anthony" that I will not be able to see the doctor if I don't pay this FEE! 23 YEARS!! , and Im a transplant too .
