They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I had the worse experience when getting my EKG, the assistant nurse was very rude and gave me attitude. When the testing was finished, she pulled the electrodes and wires right off me like I was some sort of rag doll! She's lucky I wasn't feeling well, otherwise, I would have pulled her hair out the same way she'd done with the EKG wires. In the end my physician claimed I had "anxiety", and smirked at me. Soon after, I went to Urgent Care, and turns out I had bronchitis. I felt like my appointment at pueblo family physicians was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never recommend this office to any of my friends.
